Albright & Sikorski at the Permanent Secretariat
On March 10, 2009, former US Secretary of State Madeleine K. Albright and Polish Foreign Affairs Minister Radoslaw Sikorski held a debate inaugurating the Permanent Secretariat of the Community of Democracies at the Warsaw University on „Democracy at the Time of Global Crisis”. After that, they visited the Permanent Secretariat and held bilateral talks there and gave a press conference.
